Francisca Lamini, the sole female contestant in the 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ), has been given admission to the Harvard Medical School.
She has been offered a fully funded scholarship by the American Chamber of Commerce in Ghana to study in Harvard Medical School in United States of America.
Earlier today, Francisca Lamini visited the Secretariat of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ghana as part of preparation before she leaves for school.
Her visit to the secretariat was announced on the official Facebook page of American Chamber of Commerce in Ghana.
“It was great having the young, intelligent Francisca Lamini at the secretariat earlier today before she leaves for her studies at the prestigious Harvard Medical School”, they posted.
The news was announced on the official Facebook of the National Maths and Science Quiz, as they congratulated Francisca on her new achievement.
“Congratulations to our very own Francisca Lamini on her admission to The Harvard Medical School. We are proud of your achievement “, they posted.
Francisca after becoming popular at the National Science and Maths Quiz also scored 8s in her WASSCE results.
Before her admission to Harvard University, she was offered admission to the University of Ghana Medical School to study medicine.

Francisca Lamini became famous when Keta Senior High Technical School (KSHTS) achieved history as the first school from the Volta Region to reach the competition’s finals and the first girl in eight years.
Francisca has earned accolades from people throughout the country for being able to perform something that many people thought only men could do.
Many individuals have given her gifts as well. For winning the most outstanding female competitor, Adansi Travels granted her a free trip to Nairobi, Kenya and Dubai.
