Ghanaian and Strasbourg striker, Abdul Majeed Waris has started building a huge mosque for Muslims in his hometown.

The mosque is located in Tamale in the Northern Region of Ghana where Majeed Waris hails from.

According to him, building the mosque for his people is a way of giving back to his people for the love they’ve been showing him.
Also, it’s a way of thanking Allah for how good He has been to him

Majeed Waris now plays for Strasbourg in the French Ligue 1. His team is currently in 4th position at the league table.
