Earlier today, Metro TV reported that an 18 months old baby, Rose was detained at the Ridge Hospital, Accra for the inability of the family to settle her medical bill of GHc13,000.00. A video circulating on social media sees a Ghanaian driver and a police officer exchanging blows in public. In the video, a driver who looked angry confronted a police officer from the Motor Traffic and Transport Directorate (MTTD) division of the Ghana Police Service.
