Jamaican Dancehall heavyweight, Beenie Man has made his first statement after he was reportedly arrested by Ghana National Security.
Beenie Man is currently enjoying himself in Ghana after his legendary performance at Stonebwoy’s annual concert, BHIM Concert21, which was held at The Grand Arena, Accra, Ghana on Tuesday, December 21, 2021.

Earlier today, Beenie Man was reportedly arrested at Kotoka International Airport by Ghana National Security for evading COVID protocol.
According to reports, he had flouted health protocols after testing positive for the Covid-19 after assessment by authorities on his arrival in Ghana.
The Jamaican artist was billed to perform at Stonebwoy’s Bhim Concert but was sent into mandatory quarantine at the AH Hotel immediately after touching down at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA).
According to reports, he broke the directive by vacating the facility to appear on media platforms including the much-anticipated concert which saw a star-studded lineup sharing the same stage at the AICC Grand Arena in Accra.
Well, it is clear that Beenie Man was released. The Dancehall king took to his official Twitter page to tweet about his experience in Ghana. He tweeted how amazing Ghana was for him and thanked his good friend, Stonebwoy for the love he had shown him.
He also thanked the Bhim Team, Ghanaian Government, Immigration, Health Team, and other people that helped him when he was in Ghana. And above all, he declared Ghana as the best place to be in the whole world.

Few minutes before Beenie Man’s tweet, Stonebwoy has also replied with a positive energy, which means their friendship is still tight.
