Making informed choices about what we eat can significantly impact our physical and mental health. This article will explore the concept of Healthy & Unhealthy Food, providing valuable insights and tips for making nutritious choices.

    1. Understanding Healthy Food:
    • Fruits and Berries:  Apples,  Avocados, Bananas, Blueberries, Oranges, Strawberries.
    • Dark Green Vegetables: Spinach, Kale, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts. 
    • Whole Grains: Oatmeal, Brown rice, Quinoa, Whole wheat bread.
    • Lean Protein Sources: Fish, Poultry, Beans and lentils, Nuts.
    • Healthy Fats: Avocado, Olive oil, Nuts and seeds. 
    • Dairy and Dairy Alternatives: Greek yogurt, Almond milk, Cottage cheese.
