Ghanaian celebrated reggae/dancehall artist, Stonebwoy who is currently working on his 5th studio album, has blessed the country with a new song.
The new song dubbed “Greedy Men” talks about social issues hindering the Ghana’s development. Key among them is galamsey(illegal mining) and its effects on the country.
In the song, Stonebwoy speaks against how our water bodies are being polluted because of galamsey. How our our forests are being destroyed because of galamsey. And even people’s cocoa farms are being destroyed because of galamsey.

He continues to talk about how young men die in the galamsey pits. Also, he touches on how the destruction of forests is causing global warming which the world leaders are currently finding solution to.
He also advises the country to think about the next generation and make sure our actions today do not put them in danger.
