Jamaican dancehall heavyweight, Andre Hugh Sutherland, popularly known as Popcaan has pleaded with the Ghanaian and Jamaican governments to collaborate and make a straight flight from Jamaica to Ghana and from Ghana to Jamaica possible.
The celebrated dancehall artiste, Popcaan who is on vacation in Ghana took to his official Twitter page to make the request.
