A young man was captured on camera tactically stealing from a moving truck.
In a video making rounds on the internet space, the young was seen stealing from a moving truck loaded with yam.
In the video, the thief was seen on the moving truck, packing the yams in a sack he was holding. When he finished loading the sack, he dropped it.

After dropping the sack, he skillfully came down from the moving truck and run back to pick up the sack.
